Vendor Operations

No. Listing and advertising digital assets on our marketplace is entirely free of charge. There are no upfront setup costs, listing fees, or hidden maintenance charges to maintain your presence on the directory.
To establish your administrative access, you must first join our official Discord community. Once verified in the server, send a direct message to @resyst to request directory integration. The setup process is immediate and complimentary.
You are provided with a dedicated, custom-branded storefront and a private administrative terminal at no cost. You maintain complete operational autonomy over your store link, and there are absolutely no limitations on the number of products you are permitted to list.

By default, the marketplace feed sorts vendors chronologically based on their most recent updates. To keep your store actively trending at the top of the list, we recommend regularly publishing new products.

Alternatively, you can utilize the Repost function built into your Vendor Terminal. Clicking "Repost" on an active listing will automatically archive the old post and instantly republish it as a brand-new entry, pushing your store directly back to the top of the marketplace feed without requiring you to retype your product details.

Your vendor infrastructure is permanent and will remain active indefinitely without expiration. Should you choose to suspend operations or permanently archive your storefront, simply submit a removal request to @resyst via Discord.
Verification is an exclusive status granted to vendors who demonstrate a proven track record of successful transactions and maintain highly positive community feedback. To initiate the verification procedure, open a formal support ticket within our Discord server to undergo administrative review.

Transaction Security

To guarantee transaction integrity and effectively eliminate fraud risk, we strongly mandate that buyers conduct business exclusively with vendors bearing the Verified Vendor credential.
The Verified Member badge indicates that the user is an authenticated, active participant within our official Discord server. Dealing with a Verified Member provides you with a crucial layer of assurance: our community can personally vouch for their legitimacy, and you have the ability to review their public deal history and previous transactions before initiating a purchase.
Verified profiles are clearly distinguished by premium verification badges on both their storefront and directory listings. Furthermore, an authoritative registry of all verified merchants is permanently maintained and accessible within our Discord community.
If you elect to execute a purchase from an unverified source, it is imperative to utilize our official Escrow Service. We facilitate highly secure, intermediated transactions via a dedicated protocol in our Discord server to protect your capital.

Escrow acts as a secure, neutral intermediary designed to protect both counterparties. The operational protocol is as follows:

  1. Both the buyer and seller mutually agree to escrow terms.
  2. The buyer transfers and secures the funds with our authorized Escrow Administrator.
  3. The vendor delivers the digital asset or access credentials to the buyer.
  4. The buyer audits and verifies the asset's validity.
  5. Upon the buyer's official confirmation, the Escrow Administrator releases the capital to the vendor.

This process ensures strict compliance and mitigates exposure. Detailed documentation is available in the designated Discord channel.

Yes. Our escrow infrastructure is available for external deals not listed on our directory. Simply direct the counterparty to our Discord server's escrow channel to formally initiate the transaction under our staff's supervision.
Our escrow administrators undergo rigorous vetting. In the highly improbable event of an intermediary failure or unauthorized withholding of funds, the core executive team assumes absolute liability and will personally reimburse the affected vendor.
You are encouraged to browse our vendor directory and contact suitable sellers directly. Many of our professional network vendors specialize in fulfilling custom requests and bespoke private orders upon inquiry.
